Refund policy

We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your Sol de Sarda product(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that product(s) must be returned unused, undamaged, all tags and charms must be intact and attached.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. As a small business, we’re unable to cover the cost of return postage, so you will be responsible for that expense. We recommend using tracked and insured delivery for your return. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon receipt, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Lost package
We recommend using tracked and insured delivery for your return, as we cannot provide a refund if the package is lost in transit. In that case, you would need to contact the delivery company to claim compensation.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
