  • How do I get a bag charm?

    Every makeup bag comes with a free personalised beaded charm. Just enter your name or any word up to 7 characters in the personalisation field.

  • What is the inside fabric of the bags?

    All Sol de Sarda bags are made with 100% cotton fabric on the inside unless stated otherwise.

  • Can you wash the Sol de Sarda bags?

    Absolutely! We recommend hand washing as the first option, but you can also machine wash them. Just be sure to turn the bag inside out and use a low 30* temperature setting, selecting either Hand Wash or Delicate cycle. Don't forget to use a laundry bag for extra protection.

  • Are taxes and duties included in the order total?

    Bags shipped outside of the UK may be subject to duties and taxes applicable to the country of delivery. Customers are solely responsible and liable for any duties or additional fees. We recommend you contact your local customs office for details and further information. Customs, duties and taxes are non-refundable if you choose to return your Sol de Sarda order.

  • How do I return a bag?

    We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your Sol de Sarda product(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery.

    Please note that product(s) must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. All tags must be intact and attached.

  • What is your refund policy?

    All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. As a small business, we’re unable to cover the cost of return postage, so you will be responsible for that expense. We recommend using tracked and insured delivery for your return. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • What should I do if I receive a faulty product?

    If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon receipt, please contact us immediately at hello@soldesarda.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

  • How can I make changes to my order?

    To edit your order, please email us as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, cancellations or adjustments are not possible.
